NCTV is looking for a Development Associate. He/she will work with and report to the Director of Development and Marketing, and will be part of the administration team lead by the Executive Director. He or she will work closely with the Development Committee, Events Committee, and Major Gifts Committee:  Coordinate fundraising events, assist with the cultivation of donor relations and sponsorships, assist with overall brand awareness.  Tasks outlined below.

 

Event Coordinator:

Manage auction items. Obtain and secure auction items, work with the admin team and events committee in preparing silent auction.

Point person for event logistics. Supervise set-up and break down of events working with admin team and events committee, monitor auction table during events, obtain necessary permits, arrange transportation for food, drinks, rental equipment and oversee seating setup.

 

Donor Development:

Manage donor database, recording history of engagements, & tracking follow up thank-yous.

Assist with identifying potential donors and securing when appropriate. 

Generate reports as needed.

Arrange meetings with donors, attend meetings with donors and directors, and assist with follow up.

Develop agendas, work plans and action items for Development / Major Gifts Committees, and Directors.

Attend meetings with Development and Major Gifts Committees.

Serve as admin liaison on Major Gifts and Development committees.

Assist with corporate and local business sponsors and underwriters.
